at last some fantastic news on the access road, after 5 years of delicate negotiation  permission has been granted to get the repairs done on the road. Hurrah and hurrah with knobs on!!!!
The club raised £40.00 for the Poppy appeal which contributed to the £2500.00 total for Enstone village. Thank you
A pair of Red kites appear to have adopted the airfield as home, lets hope they stay and raise young next year.
Gill McNeil passed her written exams for her commercial pilots licence Hurrah! Gill starts her instructor and CPL flying training next week at Ontrack Aviation, we wish her the very best on this next stage.
We have a fantastic new addition to the bar technology,we can produce very fine draft Guinness,we have some free samples if you are a Guinness fan, but we will require your thoughts put on video for the web site!!!

Crimbo Vouchers
With Crimbo less than a month away, when you get asked what you would like for crimbo, why not get your beloved to buy you some flying time? or club merchandise,  if you are stuck for an idea for a truly memorable gift for ANYONE get them a flying voucher. The last PITP of 2009 is the crimbo bash, it's on a Friday and its the 4th of December, posh frocks and ties for those that want too. To help the chaps at the Crown you will need to make your menu choices in advance. (menu attached) e-mail your selection back to us soonest

Flying Club News 13th November

What a week, three of the Paramotor chaps passed their Comms theory exams Hurrah!
I spent two days learning about internet marketing with Internet legend, Guru and Jedi Master Mark Attwood, my brain hurts! but I learned skip loads!! Thanks Mark, 
we have had enough rain for the rest of the winter so it can stop NOW!
It would appear that B Wing are a little hesitant to get out and about prefering to stay in the warm, but it is early days!
